About this role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front of House team member to join us. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Manage phone calls, bookings, and inquiries Support daily operations and keep the front area organized Handle basic admin tasks and assist other team members as needed

Excellent communication and people skills Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Previous customer service or front-of-house experience is a plus
