Stock & Operations Assistant
We're looking for a reliable and organised Stock & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our workshop and retail operations. This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of how we keep things moving — from managing parts and stock to ensuring deliveries run smoothly and everything ends up exactly where it should be. You'll be based at one of our London locations, with the flexibility to work across both sites when needed. If you take pride in staying organised, like a tidy workspace, and enjoy being a key part of a busy team — we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Stock management Receive, check, and log incoming stock and parts deliveries Ensure all items are correctly labelled and stored in the right locations Carry out regular stock checks and flag any discrepancies Keep the stockroom clean, organised, and easy to navigate Deliveries & logistics Handle inbound and outbound deliveries accurately and on time Liaise with suppliers and couriers as needed Prepare items for dispatch with the correct documentation Workshop & store support Source and prepare parts and materials for the workshop team Keep the workspace tidy and tools stored correctly Pitch in with general day-to-day operational tasks What we're looking for Experience in a stock, warehouse, logistics, or retail ops role (preferred) Organised, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work Good communicator who works well in a team Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing a good job Comfortable working across multiple sites when required Knowledge of e-scooters, e-bikes, or micromobility is a bonus — not essential What we offer Full-time permanent position Friendly, close-knit team Real variety in your day-to-day work A chance to grow in a fast-moving industry
Mechanic / Technician – E-Scooters, E-Bikes & Electric Vehicles
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on mechanic or technician to join our growing service team. You don’t need to have scooter experience — we’ll provide full training. If you’ve ever worked with cars, bikes, motorbikes, electronics, or enjoy fixing things, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair e-scooters, e-bikes, and other electric rides Identify mechanical or electrical faults and find effective solutions Carry out servicing, testing, and upgrades Keep your workstation clean and organized Follow health & safety standards and work to high-quality repair levels Who We’re Looking For Mechanical or electrical background (car, motorbike, bike, or general repair) Confident using hand tools and diagnosing faults Good problem-solving and time-management skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Enthusiastic about learning new technologies (especially electric vehicles) Nice to Have Experience repairing bikes, scooters, or small engines Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, soldering, battery work) Any mechanical certifications or workshop experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses and commission opportunities Growth potential within a fast-growing EV company Staff discount + free drinks and paid breaks If you’re someone who enjoys fixing, learning, and building — we want to hear from you!
